Northern New England Cardiovascular Disease Study Group (NNECDSG)
The Northern New England Cardiovascular Disease Study Group (NNECDSG) is a regional voluntary consortium founded in 1987 to provide information about the management of cardiovascular disease in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.  Catholic Medical Center is one of eight institutions in northern New England included in the Group and has been in the consortium since 1987.  Members include cardiothoracic surgeons, interventional cardiologists, operating room and cardiac nurses, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, administrators, and scientists associated with the eight institutions.  The NNECDSG database tracks the clinical outcomes of all revascularization procedures performed by the participating institutions.
